Ingredients:
- 2-4 King Crab legs (fresh or frozen)
- Olive oil
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Melted butter (for dipping, optional)
- Your favorite seafood seasoning blend (optional)
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Cajun Power Sauce – Original Garlic Sauce
- Blove’s Smackalicious Sauce Seasoning Mix (Garlic)
- Legal Sea Foods Remoulade Sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F). If you’re using a charcoal grill, make sure those coals are nice and toasty before you start cooking. We want our crab legs to sizzle, not shiver!
- Thaw (if needed): If your King Crab legs are still chilling in the freezer, give them a gentle thaw overnight in the refrigerator. For a quicker defrost, you can also place them in a sealed plastic bag and submerge them in cold water for a couple of hours.
- Brush with Goodness: Once your crab legs are ready to roll, brush them generously with olive oil. This will help prevent sticking and add a touch of flavor to our grilled masterpiece. Feel free to sprinkle on your favorite seafood seasoning blend for an extra kick of flavor – the more, the merrier!
- Grill Time: Place your oiled and seasoned crab legs directly onto the preheated grill grates. Close the lid and let those beauties cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping them once halfway through the cooking time. We’re aiming for a gorgeous golden brown char on the outside while keeping the meat tender and juicy inside.
- Serve with Style: Carefully remove the grilled King Crab legs from the grill using tongs and transfer them to a serving platter or individual plates. Squeeze fresh lemon wedges over the top for a burst of citrusy freshness. And of course, no grilled seafood feast is complete without a side of melted butter for dipping. Get ready to dip, devour, and repeat!
- Dig In!: The moment you’ve been waiting for – time to feast! Grab your favorite seafood crackers (or nutcrackers in a pinch) and crack open those charred shells to reveal the succulent meat within. Dip it in butter, squeeze a bit of lemon, and let your taste buds dance with delight. Whether you’re grilling for a crowd or enjoying a solo seafood soirée, grilled King Crab legs are sure to steal the show.
